By purchasing from Bloom Your Brand, you agree to the following terms.

1. Digital Products

All products sold are digital downloads. You will receive instant access to your purchase via email upon completion of your order. We do not ship physical goods.

2. Licence

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product for your own personal business use. You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicence, or pass on any Bloom Your Brand product to any third party, whether paid or free of charge.

3. Intellectual Property

All content within our products — including text, design, layout and structure — remains the intellectual property of Bloom Your Brand. Purchasing a product does not transfer any ownership rights.

4. Customisation

You may customise our products (including via Canva templates) for use within your own business. You may not present customised versions as your own original work for resale or distribution.

5. Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once a download has been accessed. See our Refund Policy for full details and exceptions.

6. Accuracy

Our products are designed for informational and operational use by beauty professionals. They do not constitute legal, financial or professional advice. You are responsible for ensuring all customised content (such as cancellation policies and consultation forms) is appropriate and compliant with the regulations applicable to your business.

7. Liability

Bloom Your Brand shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of our products. Our total liability in connection with any purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for that product.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
