What format are the products delivered in?

All products are delivered as PDF downloads. Some products also include a link to an editable Canva template so you can add your logo, brand colours and personal details. You'll receive instant access to your download immediately after purchase.

Do I need any design skills to use these products?

No. Everything is ready to use as-is, with simple [bracket placeholders] where you need to add your own details. If you want to customise the design further, the Canva templates are beginner-friendly — no design experience needed.

Can I use these products for multiple salons or team members?

Each purchase is a single-business licence for your own salon or personal brand. If you'd like to purchase for multiple locations or team members, please contact us at info@junocontentcreation.co.uk and we'll arrange a multi-licence option.

Are these products specific to a certain type of beauty service?

Our products are designed to work for all beauty professionals — hairdressers, lash techs, brow artists, nail technicians, aestheticians, waxing therapists, spray tan techs, semi-permanent makeup artists and salon owners. Content, templates and captions are written generically so you can adapt them to your specific services.

Can I resell these products?

How do I access my download after purchasing?

You'll receive an email with your download link immediately after your order is confirmed. If you don't see it within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder. You can also access your downloads by logging into your account on our website.

My download link isn't working — what do I do?

Please email us at info@junocontentcreation.co.uk with your order number and we'll send you a fresh download link straight away.

Can I get a refund?

Because our products are digital downloads that are delivered instantly, we're unable to offer refunds once a download has been accessed. If you experience a technical issue with your download, please contact us and we'll resolve it quickly. Please read our full Refund Policy before purchasing.

Is the Vault just a bundle of the other products?
