Digital Products — No Refund Policy

All products sold by Bloom Your Brand are digital downloads delivered instantly upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital goods, we are unable to offer refunds once a download has been accessed or a download link has been delivered.

Please read all product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about a product before buying, please email us at info@junocontentcreation.co.uk and we'll be happy to help.

Exceptions

We will offer a full refund or replacement in the following circumstances:

  • You were charged incorrectly or charged twice for the same product
  • Your download link is broken or the file is corrupted and we are unable to resolve the issue
  • You did not receive your download link within 24 hours of purchase
